Jami Young, MPA is the Vice President of Business Development for Believe Health, LLC.  For the past 5 years, serving as the Associate Administrator of Tehachapi Hospital, Ms. Young was also the Project Coordinator for the AHRQ planning and implementation grants that were awarded to Tehachapi Hospital.  Ms. Young has extensive hands on experience in multiple levels of HIT and has provided technical assistance to small and solo providers, rural health clinics and Tehachapi Hospital, which is a Critical Access Hospital.

Ms. Young collaborates with providers and administrators to achieve goals.  By investigating options that would be best suited for the organization and provider work flow, stakeholders are equipped to make educated decisions.  Ms. Young is successful at relationship building, which enabled the Health IT project in Tehachapi to receive 100% adoption and participation from their primary care provider community.

A graduate of the Masters of Public Administration Program of the University of Southern California, Ms. Young is Health IT, EHR, and HIE Certified and serves on the Board of the California State Rural Health Association.
