Sharon Keoppel Office Manager skeoppel@csrha.org

Sharon Keoppel, CSRHA’s new Office Manager, was born, raised and went to school in California. She has worked in healthcare for over 25 years and spent a good percentage of that time in Long Term Care.  Sharon has provided direct patient care and rehabilitation in several local hospitals. Her primary focus has always been patient care, advocacy and quality of life.  During her tenure at skilled nursing facilities Sharon crafted patient care policy and procedures to ensure strict compliance to State and Federal regulations. She worked with the Department of Health on financial matters and created systems of tracking and reconciliation that have a 100% compliance rte. Additionally, Sharon has years of experience in forming working partnerships with public and private agencies.

She received her education at CSU, Sacramento in Business Administration and has raised a family here in Sacramento. Sharon has served on K-12 school committees for quality education and advocates for all Californians to have access to programs to increase quality of life and provide ease of accessibility.
