Shannon Means
Program and Communications Manager

Ms Means joined the CSRHA staff in June of 2008. As the Program and Communications Manager, Ms. Means plans and serves as the direct contact for those involved with and attending the Annual Conference, Webinars, Roundtables and all other CSRHA sponsored events. She also is responsible for CSRHA’s outreach efforts and electronic announcements.  Prior to becoming CSRHA's Program and Communications Manager, she worked as an Assistant Event Planner at the University of California, Davis, and has interned for various other nonprofit organizations researching public policy and advocacy.  She received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Sociology from the University of California, Davis in March of 2009. She will be pursuing her Masters of Public Adminstration with the University of San Francisco starting in August 2010.
