Shannon Means
Communications and Program Consultant

Ms. Means joined the CSRHA staff as CSRHA's Program and Communications Manager in June 2008. In her current role as CSRHA's Communications and Conference Consultant she serves as the direct contact for those involved with and attending the Annual Conference, Webinars, Roundtables and all other CSRHA sponsored events. She also is responsible for CSRHA’s outreach efforts and electronic announcements. Ms. Means is also the Program Coordinator for the Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG) Rural North and Sacramento Local Extension Center (LEC). As the Program Coordinator she is responsible for the enrollment of providers and eligibility into their LEC Program. Past work experience includes working as an Assistant Event Planner at the University of California, Davis, and interning for various other nonprofit organizations researching public policy and advocacy.  She received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Sociology from the University of California, Davis in March of 2009. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Public Adminstration (MPA) with the University of San Francisco and expecting to graduate in May 2012.
