Regional Council of Rural Counties (RCRC) is a statewide advocacy association working on behalf of rural county governments in California. RCRC is located online at http://www.rcrcnet.org. The Rural Policy Research Institute (RUPRI) conducts policy-relevant research and facilitates public dialogue to assist policymakers in understanding the rural impacts of public policies and programs. Many policies which are not explicitly "rural policies" nevertheless have substantial implications for rural areas, and RUPRI is dedicated to understanding and articulating these implications at www.rupri.org.
