2007 National AgrAbility

This year, the National AgrAbility
Project, in partnership with the California AgrAbility Project,
is hosting a three-day educational and training workshop intended
to provide technical assistance and resources to professionals
interacting with disabled farmers, ranchers, farmworkers and their
families.
Workshop participants will be offered a wide array of sessions
to increase their knowledge of strategies used by diabled persons
who continue working in agriculture. These workshops are
designed for:
* Extension educators
* Occupational therapists
* Physical therapists
* Vocational rehabilitation counselors
* Rural health care providers
* Students
* Medical and clinic professionals
* Farmers, ranchers, and farmworkers who have disabilities,
and their families
* Anyone working or living with disabled agricultural workers
or their families
