The Central Valley General Hospital Rural Health Clinics and the California State Rural Health Association invite rural colleagues of the central valley to attend the Central California Rural Roundtable meeting, July 12 - 13, 2007, at the Central Valley General Hospital Chapel Auditorium in Hanford, CA.

The meeting is an informal gathering of rural health stakeholders to discuss current issues, share resources and develop strategies to address the rural health challenges of central California. The Roundtable is FREE to anyone who is interested in attending. This meeting is sponsored and hosted by the Central Valley General Hospital Rural Health Clinics.

Rural Roundtable Meeting

DIRECTIONS:

Directions to Central Valley General Hospital and the Chapel, Dean Building Administration Office from Hwy. 99:

• Take Hwy 99 South.
• About 15 miles south of Fresno you will see a sign for Hwy 43 to Hanford and Corcoran.
• Take Hwy 43 South towards Hanford (bear to the left after you take the off ramp for Hwy 43).
• Go right at signal for approximately 17 miles.
• Hwy 43 turns and veers to the left towards a town called Visalia. Where it “Y’s”, bear to the right and you will be on 10 Avenue, the sign reads HANFORD.
• Continue driving South on 10th Ave. until you reach Florinda Street
• Turn right and proceed to Douty Street.
• Turn right (north) on Douty Street.
• The hospital is located at 1025 North Douty Street.
• There is parking lot between the Church (St. Brigids) and the hospital.
• The Chapel is next to the Dean Building, which is a little white building. with green and white awnings. It is located at the end of the parking lot, directly between the hospital and the church. If you can’t find it, go to the hospital and they will direct you.

Directions to Central Valley General Hospital and the Chapel, Dean Building Administration Office from Fresno Airport:

• From Fresno Airport, turn left on the one way. It will circle you around.
• Turn left on McKinley Ave. Head east to where it ends at Clovis Avenue. (It might be a good idea to ask the desk people at the airport just exactly how to get on McKinley Avenue.)
• Turn right (heading south) and stay on Clovis until you run into Hwy 99.
• Take Hwy 99 South.
• Continue on highway for approximately 10 miles (may be a bit less). You will see a sign for Hwy 43 for Hanford and Corcoran.
• Take Hwy 43 South towards Hanford for approximately 17 miles.
• Hwy 43 turns and veers to the left towards a town called Visalia. Where it “Y’s”, bear to the right and you will be on 10th Avenue.
