Strategic Restructuring for Community Health Clinics | California School Health Centers Association Regional Conferences | California Insurance Changes May Increase Your Costs | March of Dimes 10th Annual Conference
Thursday, February 4
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM PST
GoToMeeting Webinar
Along with the ongoing state budget crisis and the slow pace of economic recovery, the passage of meaningful health reform could result in big changes for California's community clinics and health centers.
On Thursday, February 4, the California HealthCare Foundation (CHCF) will sponsor a free Webinar by La Piana Consulting on the benefits and challenges of strategic restructuring in community clinics.
Strategic restructuring -- formal alliances ranging from joint programming and administrative consolidation to fully integrated mergers -- can be a tool for clinics facing economic challenges or leadership transitions, as well as a means to achieve administrative efficiencies, maximize community impact, and pursue a growth strategy.
The presentation will build on CHCF's June 2009 issue brief, Strategic Restructuring for Community Clinics: Options and Examples. It will be tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of those who register.
Who will benefit:
- Executive directors, medical directors, and other senior staff;
- Board members; and
- Grantmakers who fund community health clinic capacity building.
Register now and submit questions for the presenters in advance.
