CSRHA is currently collecting guest articles or opinion editorials for our quarterly e-newsletter The Rural Health Advocate. In light of current events, share your thoughts, concerns or research with rural health stakeholders nationwide, including clinic and hospital administrators, healthcare providers, county health departments, elected officials and state agency representatives, among others.
Guest Articles:
These articles should represent a specific knowledge on a topic. These articles typically represent the "what" and "how" of a subject matter. Guest articles are not meant to be opinion pieces. We have provided an opportunity for sharing a more opinion specific view through an opinion editorial. Guest articles should be between 800-1,500 words.
Opinion Editorials:
Opinion editorial pieces represent a certain point of view on a subject and although they contain factual information or the "what" and "how" of an issue, are written, and understood, to present a specific perspective on an issue. Issues must be relevant to rural health. Editorials should be between 250-1,000 words.
Suggested topics include:
- e-Health: Challenges and Opportunities
- Healthcare Reform
- State Budgetary Issues
