Approaching for 501(c)(3) Organizations to Opt Out of
State Unemployment Insurance Tax System
501(c) Agencies Trust (formerly
known as Joint Agencies' Trust) would like to remind CSRHA members
and friends that all nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations have
a legal option not to pay unemployment taxes. The deadline is
March 31, 2007 to withdraw from the State Unemployment Insurance
tax system and become a reimbursing employer—an employer
that just reimburses the state back for any claims paid to former
employees. The 501(c) Agencies Trust can help you become a reimbursing
