The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has made three draft Policy Information Notices (PINs) available for public comment.

The purpose of the PINs is to describe the policy and processes pertaining to requests from federally-funded health centers to change the scope of their federal project. The PINs are: (1) "Defining Scope of Project and Policy for Requesting Changes," (2) "Change in Scope Requests: Policy for Adding a New Target Population," and (3) "Speciality Services and Health Centers' Scope of Project." The draft PINs are available on the HRSA website at www.bphc.hrsa.gov. Comments on the draft PINs should be submitted via email to DPDgeneral@hrsa.gov by close of business September 28, 2007. When providing comments, please be as specific as possible, and reference the PIN title, section, and/or page numbers.

Comments will be reviewed and analyzed, and final PINs, along with summary and general response to comments, will be published as soon as possible after the comment session deadline.
