Executive Director, California Telemedicine & eHealth Center

Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and evaluation strategies for statewide telemedicine/eHealth programs through strategic application of technology and telecommunications. This position provides leadership to the CTEC Advisory Committee, administration of The California Endowment grant and ensures fund development, strategic and business plan development, policy development and assures appropriate reporting to funding agencies.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in health science, health care administration, business administration or related field; a minimum of five years program management experience in a health care environment; and a working knowledge of telemedicine/eHealth, hospital finances and reimbursement. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent public speaking and business writing skills; and the ability and willingness to work irregular hours.
