The California State Rural Health Association (CSRHA) is pleased to announce it is soliciting nominations for members of the Board of Directors for the term beginning June 15, 2007 through June 15, 2010. If you would like to put forward your own name, or if you would like to nominate a person to the Board, please read the information below. Only dues-paying members in good standing can nominate candidates to the Board. Northern: Alameda, Butte, Colusa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Glenn, Humboldt, Lassen, Marin, Mendocino, Modoc, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Benito, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Yolo, Yuba. Central: Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Contra Costa, Fresno, Inyo, Kings, Lake, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Mono, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus, Tulare, Tuolumne. Southern: Imperial, Kern, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, San Diego, Ventura, Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange. Qualifications All Board members shall meet the following qualifications:
Term The term of office for members of the Board shall be for three (3) years and until a successor has been designated and qualified. The terms shall begin and expire at the annual meeting of the membership. No member of the Board shall serve for more than six (6) consecutive years. Nomination Process
